How soon can I move in after my application is approved?
If your apartment is available, you can move in as soon as your lease is signed and your first payment is made.
Is Woodlake Village Apartments a pet friendly community?
Yes! Woodlake Village is a pet-friendly community allowing cats and dogs, and follows all city ordinances regarding breed restrictions. Each apartment may have up to two pets.
Is there a pet fee or monthly pet rent?
Yes. A one-time pet fee of $300 is required for the first pet and $150 for a second pet (total $450 for two pets). Additionally, there is a $20 monthly pet fee per pet.
Are there any pet amenities at Woodlake Village Apartments?
We have pet waste stations located throughout the community and a large dog park where your pets can play and socialize!
Is there maintenance on-site?
